While in the last three (3) years we have exclussively honoured masters, we have also expanded the Images of Nigeria to showcase and display works of painting and sculpture from creative visual entrepreneurs acros the country,
Master visual artists, such as painters, sculptors, carvers, creative metal workers from the younger generation, including women, are free to drive their dreams on this platform to demonstrate their vasatility and creative uniqueness.
Focussing on abstract, life, peoples and events, etc, many works that have graced the festival’s platform, have been able to convey the richness of the traditional histories of Nigeria while conveying the uncomon stories and values embodied in diffferent styles of images.

One of the primary contents of the festival is the premier of short films. The essence of the works of film as a an essential parts of the festival is the role it plays in how best Nigeria can be understood.
Film entrepenuers are expected to showcase their works and share the stories behind them, while the best five would be selected and honoured.
Photography
The Images of Nigeria Festival brings to light the beauty works of traditional Nigerian photographic content.
Photographic works to be displayed at the festival will capture the true beauty of Nigeria: different shades of one and same peoples, breath-taking scenic images, as well as pictorials of the true essesnce of being a Nigerian, living in a country blessed with diverse cultural depth and lifestyle.
